GUKPT 2024 Edinburgh High Roller Final Table Recap

Coming to the GUKPT 2024 Edinburgh High Roller, Ahuja started the final table as a chip leader and maintained his lead to win the title. With his strategic moves and skillful play, he eliminated Ciprian Berdan (5th place) and Keith Littlewood (4th place). Berdan shoved his 6-2 of spades and ran into the Jacks of Ankit, while Keith ran his pocket eights into the pocket queens of Ankit. Down to three-handed, Ahuja held a 117-big blind stack. After Thomas Clack bowed out in 3rd place, Ahuja entered the heads-up against Jamie Nixon. While Nixon doubled up twice, Ahuja maintained control, ultimately sealing the title.

In a climatic final hand, Ahuja’s Q-10 clashed against Nixon’s K-5. The latter shoved his remaining 9 big blinds and hit the top pair. However, Ahuja rivered a straight and claimed the pot as well as the title. Ahuja’s stellar performance underscores his rising prominence in the global poker arena.
