JIN BEI CUP Short Deck High Roller – May 7 – 9, 2024

JIN BEI CUP Short Deck High Roller is a brand new event where professional poker players from around the world can battle it out for their share of a $5 million prize pool at the lavish Jin Bei Palace Hotel from May 7-9, 2024. The festival has  three tournaments, with the $50,000 Short Deck Main Event taking the center stage. VPL Hanoi 2024 Season II – May 3 – 13, 2024

The Vietnam Poker League (VPL) is currently hosting the VPL Summer Series Hanoi 2024  at the Grand Loyal Poker Poker Club. The festival kicked off on May 3 and will run all the way until May 9, 2024. The ongoing festival features a boosted guarantee of VN₫ 40 Billion, roughly 1.67 Million USD. A portion of the increase has been allocated for the VPL Main Event guaranteeing VND 12 Billion (~US $ 489,795). The VPL Main Event runs from May 9 to 13, 2024 with four starting flights. Chase Cup 2024, Philippines – May 1 – 7, 2024

The newest addition to the local scene, the Chase Cup, boasts a guaranteed prize pool of PH₱5 Million (~USD 86,900) and an iconic Rolex Submariner timepiece for the champion. The festival is running from May 1 and will conclude on 7, 2024 at Poker8 Cebu in Mandaue City, a relatively new poker room with  12 tables and an in-house restaurant. The series features three events wit the Main Event  with five starting days. To enter, buy-in is ₱18,800 (~USD 327).  There are two thrilling side events: the highly popular Mystery Bounty on May 6 with buy-in of ₱8,800 (~USD 153) and  a High Roller event with a buy-in of ₱50,000 (~USD 870) on May 7.

WPT Vietnam Passport to the World Championship – May 14 – 27, 2024

The WPT Vietnam Passport to the World Championship takes place at The Crown Poker Club from May 14 to May 27, 2024. The series boasts a hefty 50 billion VND (~USD 2,174,000) in guaranteed prize pools and a whopping 10 packages to the WPT World Championship. Australian Poker Tour Gold Coast Championship – May 18 – May 16, 2024

APT Gold Coast Championship is scheduled to run from May 18 to 26, 2024 at the Southport Sharks Club, Gold Coast, Australia. The Pokerstars Live Manila Super Series 20 is scheduled to take place from May 24 to June 2, 2024 at the prestigious Okada Manila.
