Perry Friedman was known as one of the aggressive players on the table. He was funny and friendly off the table. He was born on May 15, 1968, in Brooklyn, New York. His playing style and techniques helped him win the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in 2002. He was also the founding member of Tiltboys, alongside Phil Gordon and Dave “Diceboy” Lambert.

All of them played Poker professionally or semi-professionally. Aside from playing poker, they found success in businessmen in the tech industry.
In 2003, Friedman was the first employee hired at Tiltware, the software company that Full Tilt Poker used in the rapidly growing online poker market.
He became the WSOP winner by taking down Event #3: Omaha Hi-Lo for $176,860. He was a regular WSOP grinder and finished in third position three times. He played his last WSOP tournament in 2023 where he took $2,634 home.
