Hawkins took down the $1,700 buy-in WSOP Circuit Horseshoe Baltimore Main Event, earning his career 18th circuit gold ring and a staggering $140,752 payout. Not only was this 18th circuit ring victory, but it was also his career sixth WSOP Circuit Main Event victory, which brought his total live earnings past $6.2 million.
The $1,700 buy-in no-limit hold ’em main event drew an entry field of 468 entries across three starting flights, creating a $709,020 total prize pool. The impressive prize pool paid out to the top 57 finishers. Hawkins defeated Dan Chalifour in the heads-up battle, securing $140,752 in top prize, while Chalifour had to settle for a payout of $94,305 for finishing 2nd. Divyam Satyarthi rounded out the podium to collect $64,458.

Andrew Hulme, the British poker pro has emerged victorious in the 2025 UK Poker Open Main Event, pocketing a hefty £219,720 top prize. Hulme’s most significant live cash came in the 2024 EPT Barcelona Main Event, where he finished 2nd to collect his first seven-figure score of $1.28 million. Now with the recent victory at the 2025 UK Open, the British pro brought his live earnings close to $4 million.
The UK Open Main Event with a £1,500 buy-in drew 951 entry-fields over five flights, crushing the guaranteed £1 million GTD for a total prize pool of £1,219,660. Of the massive 951 entries, the top 121 finishers ended up collecting a mini cash of £3k. Kaspars Butans Crowned as the 2025 Kings of Tallinn Main Event
The 10th annual Kings of Tallinn has officially concluded, with Kaspars Butans being crowned as the latest Kings of Tallinn Main Event Champion. Butans, who previously had live earnings of $10k, struck gold by winning the prestigious main event, earning a career-defining €182,000 and his maiden live poker trophy.
The four-day main event with a €1,100 buy-in saw a whopping entry field of 1,181 players at the Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton Tallinn Park, crushing the GTD for a total prize pool of €1,098,330. 152 players ended up collecting a piece from the prize pool, while the top 2 picked a six-figure score.
Butans defeated a final table filled with series regulars, including the 2023 Kings of Tallinn Main Event Champion Prit Parmasto (8th place). Butans defeated Mounir Taijou in the heads-up duel to secure the victory. Taijou picked an impressive €115,000 for his impressive tournament run.
