The prestigious Adda52 Online Poker Series (AOPS) Goa edition 2024 ended on a grand note, an air of excitement still fills the air. Featuring a massive ₹15 Crore guarantee, the series received overwhelming response,drawing poker fans across the country, all coming together to showcase their talent and cash in the opportunity to win big cash rewards. The online poker festival was highlighted by the final tables of select premier events. The final tables were played at the Deltin Royale in Goa, culminating in a poker showdown that witnessed thrill and intense poker action.
AOPS Dynamo Kick-Off
This 35 Lakh GTD tournament laid a strong foundation for AOPS, drawing in 658 participants each paying a ₹5500 buy-in. In the end, Venkatesh Mukundan emerged victorious, claiming the top prize with a winning amount of ₹6,16,910 and Amit Saraff placed runner-up, receiving ₹4,47,692.
AOPS Highroller
The AOPS Highroller saw 232 participants who contributed to a final prize pool of ₹75 lakhs. The buy-in for this event was ₹33,000. In the end, MTT crusher Gokul Raj Dharmarajan took down the tournament for ₹16,46,913. Shravan Chhabria came second, securing ₹13,12,220 for his efforts.
AOPS Micro Main Event
The AOPS Micro Main Event was a resounding success, surpassing its 25 Lakh GTD and generating ₹27 Lakh in the final prize pool. With a buy-in set at ₹550, the event saw 5416 entries. Kovid Saraswat won the tournament, winning ₹3,96,074. Gunisha Sinha claimed the second position worth ₹2,82,335.
AOPS Mini Main Event
The AOPS Mini Main Event was won by Mohit Mahi who won ₹24,21,831, with Sahil Mahboobani placing runner-up for ₹17,26,364. Out of 3233 entries, an impressive 323 participants received payouts, with the minimum payout being ₹16,438. The final prize pool for the event stood at ₹16 Lakh.
AOPS Main Event
The crowning glory of the series was the AOPS Main Event. The event had 3072 people participating, and together they created a final prize pool of ₹3,07,19,963. The buy-in for this event was set at ₹11,000, with a massive guaranteed prize pool of ₹3 Crore. Dhirajkumar Totala won the tournament, securing ₹39,94,754, the single largest payout awarded at the series. Vaibhav Sharma finished runner-up for ₹39,94,753. A total of 287 players received payouts, with the minimum amount being ₹35,263.
