Kyna England’s Early Life and Poker Introduction

Illinois resident Kyna England played poker during college but had to step away from it to focus on her professional career in the insurance industry. England’s poker passion ignited after she travelled to Las Vegas for a work conference, again entering the poker world as a recreational player.

“I learned how to play when I was in college, but had stepped away from it briefly. When I was in Las Vegas for a work conference, I started playing again and remembered how much I loved the game.” England told CardPlayer Lifestyle. As the pandemic hit, England found a way to improve her game by studying and practising online. She focused on online small-stakes games to hone her skills.
