A Bigger & More Modern Casino To Replace Deltin Royale in 2025

The big news for the poker community is that Delta Corp Limited will be replacing its iconic Deltin Royale casino with a bigger and more modern vessel in 2025. This was revealed by Delta Corp’s COO Manoj Jain in an interview with CNBC-TV18. Jain said that the casino will be replaced by a bigger and more modern vessel, which will have world class gaming options, making the venue more lucrative for poker players and gaming enthusiasts.

Deltin Royale’s Contribution To Live Poker

Known for its world-class live entertainment, fine dining, and high-end gaming, Deltin Royale, the most luxurious floating casino in the country, has played host to several marquee poker events in the past. The offshore casino hosted first-ever Deltin Poker Tournament series in January 2016 in partnership with Adda52. India’s ace player Raghav Bansal shipped the inaugural Main Event of the series, taking home a massive INR 30,60,000 in top prize money.

Since then, the offshore casino has played host to several live marquee poker events, including over 16 editions of Deltin Poker Tournament (DPT), World Poker Tour, and DPT Colossus Super High Roller Series. The venue has also played host to several high-value cash festivals. Most recently, it hosted DPT Immortals-Mega Poker Cash Festival. Currently, the casino playing host to DPT Xpress, which caters mainly to low-to high stakes players with high-value poker tournaments for pros looking to win mega prizes. The event kicked off on February 5 and will conclude on February 10, 2025.

With the new vessel, which promises to be bigger and more modern with more sophisticated amenities, poker players can expect even grander poker tournaments with bigger buy-in and bigger prize pools and high-stake cash game festivals.
