Poker Career Highlights
Zhang recorded her first live tournament cash in 2017 at the WPT LA Poker Classic, earning $375 in a $240 No-Limit Hold’em event. Her breakout moment came shortly after when she finished runner-up in the WSOP Circuit Los Angeles $160 NLH Mega Millions XVII, taking home an impressive $178,565.
A year later, Zhang made a deep run at the APT Ho Chi Minh NLH Event, finishing 2nd for $5,620. In 2019, she added another runner-up finish at the Tiger Poker Cup Y3,000 NLH DeepStack Turbo, banking $5,509. In 2020, she claimed her first live tournament title at the Japan Highroller Festival NLH Hyper Turbo, winning $4,196.
In 2021, Zhang captured the title at the Lone Star Inaugural Poker Series $400 NLH DeepStack in Houston, Texas, for $9,650. She followed it up with a cash in the WPT 2022 Lucky Hearts Poker Open $3,500 Championship Event, earning $19,825.
Zhang continued her momentum in 2023 with two cash finishes at the 53rd Annual WSOP, in Event #88: $1,500 NLH The Closer and Event #68: $700 NLH Million Dollar Bounty, collecting over $3,500. She then clinched victory in the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open $1,100 DeepStack Turbo for $23,450 in August.
In 2024, she started strong by winning the $1,100 NLH DeepStack Turbo at the Lucky Hearts Poker Open for $17,550, followed by another victory at the WPT SHRPS $1,100 NLH DeepStack Turbo for $20,880. She also finished runner-up in a similar event, earning $13,125.
Her biggest score to date came later that year when she placed 2nd in the $25,500 High Roller at the WPT SHRPS, taking home a massive $420,400. At the 2024 WSOP, Zhang cashed in four events, including a 51st-place finish in the $1,500 SHOOTOUT event for $6,243.
