Born in 1992, Marle Spragg was introduced to poker by her father. Marle’s dad was a professional poker player. Marle was initially attracted to modeling in high school, which probably didn’t work for her due to her short height. After struggling due to work, she moved to Las Vegas with her Ex-Boyfriend who was a professional poker player. During this time, Marle worked as a waitress and left her job soon after learning a lot of poker strategy from her boyfriend.
Her initial run in poker wasn’t that good as she was struggling to make money at the tables and was looking to leave the game. However, Marle’s win rate suddenly rose in low-stakes cash games, motivating her to continue playing. This ultimately led to her starting a YouTube channel which gave her more recognition.
Marle Spragg Poker Career Highlights and Earnings
Marle was previously a full-time cash game player and used to play frequently at the Bellagio playing $1/$3 and $2/$5 NLHE before moving to London. Her first live tournament cash came in 2013 and since then she has amassed over $466k in live tournament earnings.
Four years later, she scored her career first WSOP cash, earning $1,605 for finishing 89th in the 48th WSOP $1,000 NLH Ladies Championship. A year later, she finished 76th in WPT SHRPO $3,500 Main Event for $7,285. In 2020, she scored four money finishes in the WSOP Online, earning over $6k.
Her most significant run in the World Series of Poker came in 2021 when she final-tabled the 52nd Annual WSOP $1,000 NLH Ladies Championship, finishing 7th for a whopping $14,791 payday. She then followed it up with a cash finish in the $10k Main Event for $38,600. In 2022, Marle recorded her first live cash in EPT Barcelona Main Event for $2,083.
A year later, she won her first major live poker title, winning the 2023 European Poker Tour Monte Carlo €330 NLH Women’s event for an impressive $6,137 payout. She then added another Women’s title to her name by winning the 2023 UKIPT £220 NLH Women’s Event, adding $3,602 to her earnings. She made her 2023 more special by scoring her first six-figure score of $133,066 for finishing 8th in the EPT Prague Main Event.
2024 also went well for the female pro, as she ran deep in the 55th WSOP $1,000 Ladies Championship, finishing 11th for $11,191. She scored a money finish in the EPT Barcelona Main Event for $14,694. Her most significant run of 2024 was when she finished 2nd in UKIPT £2,200 High Roller for an impressive $33,514.
As of January 2025, Marle Spragg has cashed in 79 live poker events and earned $466,120.

In 2021, Team PokerStars Ambassador Benjamin “Spraggy” Spragg announced that he was tying the knot with Marle Cordeiro. Benjamin Spraggy is also a popular YouTuber and Streamer with over $100k subscribers on YouTube. They both now live in the same house, while also playing poker. The couple currently resides in London – Spraggy’s hometown.
