In Manila, Team India has claimed five trophies—four at the ongoing APT Manila Classic and one at the Manila Super Series 21.

Arjun Agrawal Ships 2025 WPT Cambodia Single Day Megastack Mini HR

Over to Cambodia, Team India has claimed its first trophy at the ongoing WPT Championship Cambodia, which has crowned over 16 champions so far. The player who claimed this milestone victory for India was Arjun Agrawal, who triumphed in Event #4 Single Day Megastack Mini HR.

The Single Day Megastack Mini HR attracted an impressive field of 64 entries, generating a massive $93,120 prize pool. After an intense 12-hour grind, Agrawal secured India’s first trophy of the series. His final table journey was nothing short of spectacular. He was the shortest stack among the last three players but won a crucial double-up through chip leader Tom Verbruggen, shifting the momentum in his favour.

Agrawal then eliminated Renat Bohdanov in third place, taking a slight lead into heads-up play. It took only a few hands for Agrawal to seal the win. In the final hand, Verbruggen shoved with Q♠ 10♥, and Agrawal made the call with A♠ K♦. The king-high board sealed Agrawal’s victory, earning him a hefty $33,524 (INR 29,10,427) for his stellar performance.

Agrawal continues his momentum and notched up one more final table scorer, finishing  4th for $15,646 in Event#12:  Single Day High Roller.
