Purohit & Goyal Continue To Crush Virtual Felts; Kazi Makes Spectacular Debut

Right from the start of September, the virtual felts have been ablaze with intense action across multiple poker platforms. All major platforms like Natural8 India, PokerBaazi,  Junglee Poker, and several other platforms have been hosting massive guaranteed tournaments and players have been raking in huge prizes. The spotlight is currently on Anant Purohit, Tarun Goyal, and Daniyal Kazi—who have made headlines with their massive scores on Natural8 India. Here is how they fared through the week.

Anant Purohit’s Phenomenal Streak

Online MTT crusher Anant Purohit has been on fire since his debut on Natural8 India just over a week ago. The recent IPM#62 Big Monsterstack champion secured his third seven-figure payday with his Bounty Hunters HR Deepstack 525 victory on Monday. He overcame a massive field of 1,398 players to earn a whopping INR 84.61 Lakhs (INR 45.80 Lakhs in bounties). That win boosted his earnings to a mind-blowing INR 1.38 Crores in just over a week on Natural8 India. He also had a deep run in PokerBaazi’s 1000X#10 Monday Prime, pushing his total earnings for the Monday night to a mind-blowing INR 84.78 Lakhs!

His winning streak didn’t stop there. In the following days, Purohit cashed three more events on Sunday, raking in an additional INR 7.29 Lakhs. He finished 9th in 150 Bounty BIG BLASTOFF for INR 5,30,683, 26th in Bounty Hunters HR Main Event 525 for INR 1,23,906, and 162nd in Sunday Giant 365 for INR 74,382. With these finishes, he took his total winnings to a staggering 1.45 Crores on Natural8 India, showcasing his dominance and solidifying his position as one of India’s top poker players.

That is not all, he also scored cash finishes in PokerBaazi’s The Big Show 30 Lakh GTD and The Money Maker 1 Crore GTD, which was ultimately won by Varun ‘Sareenv17021959’ Sareen for INR 10 Lakhs. Chirag ‘Miyagi’ Sodha finished runner-up to Sareen and he also took home NR 10 Lakh for his deep run.

Tarun Goyal’s Dominant Run

Former Adda52 Team Pro and recent WSOP bracelet winner Tarun Goyal continues to crush on Natural8 India. On Monday, Goyal scored big by winning the Daily Main Event 250 for INR 25.47 Lakhs, marking his third title on the online poker platform. He also ran deep in the Mini Main Event NLH 500, collecting an impressive INR 26.78 Lakhs in total winnings for the day.

Continuing his hot streak on Natural8 India, Goyal scooped up a hefty INR 15.36 Lakhs on Thursday. He scored three deep runs, including a podium finish in the Big 250 Bounty Second Chance, which earned him INR 10.62 Lakhs. His other two cash finishes of the day included 20th in Bounty Hunters HR Deepstack 525 for INR 3,23,202 and 113th in THE BIG 500 Bounty NLH for INR 1,50,506.

With over INR 6.01 Lakhs earned on Sunday, Goyal’s annual earnings have crossed INR 3.99 Crores.

Daniyal Kazi’s Spectacular Debut

Daniyal Kazi made a stunning debut on Natural8 India. Competing against a massive field of 23,525 players in the Bounty Hunters Main Event 54, Kazi clinched an impressive fourth place, taking home INR 28.05 Lakhs. This remarkable result made Kazi the top earner on Sunday.
