The DPT Xpress July edition, held at the Deltin Royale casino in Goa from 24th to 29th July 2024, concluded with an impressive display of poker skills and thrilling competitions. This was the biggest edition in DPT Xpress history, featuring ten events and generating over INR 3.87 Crores in prize pool. The series saw many new faces rise to prominence, showcasing the depth and diversity of the poker talent in India. Dhaval Doshi emerged as the biggest winner after clinching the Main Event title and taking home a massive INR 25,08,100 for his victory. Here is a quick recap of all events!
1. DPT Rush
The DPT Rush kicked off the series with a bang, featuring six online flights from 10th to 14th July and culminating in a live Day 2 at the Deltin Royale on 24th July. With a buy-in of INR 5,750, the event had a whopping INR 1 Crore GTD prizepool and attracted a staggering 1,900 entries across six flights. Bikky Gupta emerged victorious, taking home a massive INR 11,18,014 for his first-ever DPT victory. Majid Abdulla secured the runner-up position for INR 9,48,040. The event marked its debut on the DPT schedule, adding a new flavor to the series.

2. DPT Xpress Mystery Bounty
The DPT Xpress Mystery Bounty, held from 24th to 25th July, was an exciting addition with a buy-in of INR 16,500. The event featured a unique bounty structure, splitting the prize pool into a standard pool and bounties. With 276 entries, the total prize pool reached INR 40,02,000. Rugal Advani claimed the top spot, earning INR 3,73,407 plus INR 3,35,000 in bounties, while Prafull Ganpati Hasbe took the second place.

On 25th and 26th July, the DPT Xpress Highroller brought together some of the best players in the country. With a buy-in of INR 50,000, 154 players competed for a prize pool of INR 66,99,000. Sandipan Das emerged as the champion, pocketing INR 11,35,373. Ridhav Chawla finished as the runner-up, adding INR 8,67,712 to his bankroll.
