Known as the “trust fund baby,” Dan Bilzerian listed his luxurious Las Vegas Mansion for $25 million, making it one of the most expensive listed houses in Sin City. The selling value even topped the WSOP’s Big One for One Drop tournament 1st place payout, which was $18 million.

Dan Bilzerian is a poker player and social media influencer who always stays in the news for his controversial opinions and lavish lifestyle. The Instagram king is now selling his extravagant Las Vegas property ‘Adult Playground’ for $25 million, the monthly payment of which is estimated to be around $128,482.

The mansion is located in Las Vegas’s Spring Valley and is 38,289 square feet. The ‘Adult Playground’ has seven bedrooms, it also includes amenities like a full-length indoor basketball court, an outdoor swimming pool, a hockey rink, a gym, a movie theater, a golf simulator, a rock-climbing wall, a 16-card garage, a paintball field, game room, jujutsu room and of course a dedicated poker room.

The original owners of the Mansion spent nearly $20 million on the property when building it in 2006. The mansion was originally listed at $25 million in May 2015, but the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Dan Blizerian bought the luxurious mansion in 2018 for a price of $8.5 million, which is 66% less than the listed price.

Why Dan Bilzerian’s Las Vegas Mansion is Up for Sale?

According to TMZ, Adult Playground is the dream house for Dan Blizerian, but he has chosen to sell the property, as he is buying several properties in Dubai and Bali. Blizerian has no plans to have a permanent residency in the United States.

It wasn’t the first time Blizerian left a luxurious house. In 2020, Blizerian rented Los Angeles’s Bel Air Mansion and occupied it for several months. But he had to leave the house for unknown reasons. Blizerian took part in this year’s World Series of Poker Main Event but got busted after playing two hands. The poker pro also took part in this year’s Hustler Casino cash game and collected a six-figure cash, which included Neymar, Alan Keating, and many other poker and sports players.
