Taylor Hart Wins WSOPC Turning Stone Main Event For Third Ring
Taylor Hart has taken down the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Circuit Turning Stone Main Event, securing his third WSOP Circuit ring and the $280,770 top prize along with a Tournament of Champions seat. This was his second WSOPC win of 2025, following his victory in the $ 400 No Limit Hold’em WSOPC Pompano Park in February. With the latest win, Hart’s total live tournament earnings have now reached close to 1 $million.
2025 WSOP Circuit Turning Stone Main Event Recap
The $1,700 buy-in event drew 1,183 entries over three starting days and generated a massive $1,792,245 in prize pool, which got distributed amongst top 141 players. The third and final day of the event saw Hart enter the final table with nearly 30% of the chips in play. He maintained his momentum throughout the session. Hart, who eliminated DJ MacKinnon 10th Place ($17,665) to reach the final table, eliminated several players, including Thomas Couture (4th place – $94,583).
Following the elimination of Charles Goelz (3rd for $132,068) at the hand of Michael Aman, the tournament reached the heads-up with both Hart and Aman holding near-even stacks. The tournament ended in a dramatic three-bet pot, where Hart held As 10c against pocket jacks of Aman. Hart flopped Broadway and called Aman’s river shove on the Kc Qs 6s Jh 4c, defeating his opponent’s set of jacks to claim the title. Aman finished as the runner-up, taking home $187,172 for his run.

Jordi Ribatallada Ruiz Wins Historic Holland Casino Main Event
Among other big winners, Spanish pro Jordi Ribatallada Ruiz etched his name in history as the winner of the biggest tournament in the history of Holland Casino. He emerged victorious from a large field of 1,505 entries, winning the historic Holland Casino €1,700 Main Event on the WSOP International Circuit and taking home €171,263 from the €1,444,800 prize pool. Dutchman Max Broens banked €116,286 as the runner-up.
The final day of this historic event on March 21 saw 14 players vying for the title. Despite the strong presence of Dutch participants, Jordi Ribatallada Ruiz managed to rise above the competition and secure the coveted title.

Nenad Dukic Wins 2025 Merit Poker Carmen Series Main Event
Among the most latest winners on the live poker scene, Serbia’s Nenad Dukic etched his name as the 2025 Merit Poker Carmen Series $3,300 NLH Main Event champion, claiming a career-best score of $401,000. With the latest win, his live tournament winnings now stand over $723,000.
The 2025 Merit Poker Carmen Series $3,300 NLH Main Event drew 881 entries across four flights for a prize pool of $2,431,560, surpassing its $1.5 million guarantee. The prize pool was finally shared by the top 119 players, with the lion’s share eventually going to the final table finishers.
Dukic entered the final table as the chip leader and extended his lead by eliminating Leonid Orman in 9th place. He continued his dominance and eliminated Ely Cohen, Soraya Estrada, and Mikhail Zavoloka in 5th, 4th and 3rd places, en route to heads-up for the title against Akin Tuna.
The heads-up battle was a short-lived affair, concluding in just two hands. On the final hand, Dukic shoved from the button with pocket threes, and Tuna called with ace-nine. The board ran out 3♠2♣2♥9♦7♣, earning Dukic the coveted title with a full house. Tuna, who now has close to $1.8 million in live earnings, finished in 2nd place for $265,000.
