Indian poker superstar Santhosh Suvarna continues to impress, showing no signs of slowing down. Once again, Suvarna has made Indian poker fans proud with his remarkable performance at the 2025 Triton Poker SHRS Jeju. Suvarna started cashing Triton events back in 2022, and since then he has been a formidable force in the prestigious poker series.

Over the years, Suvarna has won one Triton title and cashed in 22 events. His accumulated Triton earnings have surpassed $8.53 million. In 2023, the Indian pro won the Triton Poker SHRS Cyprus Kyrenia, earning a top prize of $700k. That same year, he achieved a seven-figure score of $1.722 million for his podium finish in the Triton Poker SHRS Monte Carlo $125k Main Event — his all-time best Triton cash, a record that stood for a year.

Santhosh Suvarna Is Making Waves At Triton Poker SHRS Jeju 2025

More recently, Suvarna made headlines at the ongoing Triton Poker SHRS Jeju 2025 with a fourth-place finish in the $100k Record-Breaking Main Event. The event drew a record 285 entries for a Triton Main Event, generating a massive $28,500,000 total prize pool. Chinese poker player Wen Huang stole the spotlight, winning the title for a staggering $5,555,000.

Suvarna was the only Indian to make money in this event. He finished 4th after being unable to double up. Suvarna’s final hand  saw him shove his last 6 BBs with 10d-7s, and Huang called with Kh-5c. Huang’s hand held up, eliminating the WSOP champ from the main event. Suvarna walked away with a career-high Triton payday of $2,140,000 for his remarkable performance, further extending his lead on India’s all-time money list with over $17 million in accumulated live earnings.

This marked Suvarna’s first significant score of 2025, following his 18th-place finish for $ 122,000 in the $ 50K No Limit Hold’em – 7 Handed (Event #8) earlier in the ongoing Triton Poker Jeju series. With the latest score, his total earnings from the series now stand at a whopping $22,62,000.
