Manuel Fritz has emerged as one of Austria’s most promising poker talents, making waves both online and in live tournaments. With over $1.7 million in live tournament earnings and an impressive $6 million in online poker winnings, Fritz has proven himself to be a formidable competitor on the felts.

His live poker journey started with a modest cash finish at the PokerStars Festival Hamburg, and since then, he has steadily climbed up the ranks, competing in some of the world’s most prestigious poker events. From deep runs across events in WSOP Europe to a career-best score at the 2025 Triton Poker SHRS Jeju, Fritz’s poker résumé continues to grow.

Manuel Fritz’s Poker Career Highlights

Fritz recorded his first live cash in 2017, finishing in the money at PokerStars Festival Hamburg’s Hamburg Poker Cup for $1,001. The following year, he cashed in the 2018 WSOP $1K NLH Little One for One Drop, adding a modest $1,593 to his bankroll.

In 2019, Fritz made a deeper run, earning $13,834 in the EPT Barcelona Main Event. When the pandemic hit, he remained active in online poker, cashing in several 2020 WSOP Online events. His next significant live score came in 2021 at the Wynn Millions, where he pocketed $29,348.

That same year, Fritz came close to winning his first WSOP bracelet, finishing 7th in the 2021 WSOP Europe €1,650 PLO/NLH Mix, banking $14,226.

In 2022, he cashed $15,990 in the WSOP Online $3,200 NLH High Roller and later earned an impressive $80,000 at the Luxon Pay Mediterranean Poker Party Main Event. While he continued competing at the highest level, he still looked out for a victory. However, his persistence paid off in February 2025, when he achieved his first six-figure score, finishing 4th in the PGT Cup Event #3: $10K NLH for $103,200.

His biggest career breakthrough came in March 2025, when he participated in his first Triton Poker series at Triton Poker SHRS Jeju. Competing in Event #5: $30K NLH 8-Handed, Fritz finished 5th with a career-best payday of $467,000. He followed it up with two additional cashes in the series, earning over $150,000 in total.

As of now, Manuel Fritz has amassed over $1.7 million in live poker earnings, solidifying his status as one of Austria’s rising poker stars. With that earnings, he is close to entering the top 10 of Austria’s money list. Given his recent form and deep runs across PGT and Triton poker events, he is definitely a player to watch out for in 2025.

Manuel Fritz’s Online Poker Dominance

Before transitioning to live poker, Fritz dominated the online poker scene, amassing over $6 million in winnings. A two-time SCOOP champion and a two-time WCOOP champion on PokerStars, he established himself as one of the top online tournament players.

Despite his success, one achievement still eludes him—a major live poker title. However, with his consistent performances and relentless determination, it’s only a matter of time before he claims his first big win.
