January seems to be a lucky month for Kasey Mills. Last January, the “Poker Mommaa” made waves for winning back-to-back WSOP rings. She first took down the $1,000 Monster Stack for $66,009 (her career-best score) and then followed that up with a victory in the $400 Finale. Both of her rings came at the Choctaw stop, a venue that has become one of her favourite destinations to compete and crush live poker tourneys.
After winning back-to-back rings last January, she came to the venue this January to compete in another WSOPC series and has got off to a flying start, clinching her third WSOPC ring. The latest ring too came in the $400 6-max NLH event where she topped a competitive field of 151 entries on Wednesday morning, claiming her third WSOP ring and the $8,633 top prize from the total $49,830 prize pool.
The latest victory marked her first live title of 2025 and took her live earrings to over $448K, solidifying her place among the elite female pros. To claim her recent win, she overcame a strong final table and eventually defeated Long Ma from Mckinney, who walked away with $5,570 for her runner-up finish in the tournament. Steven Moore rounded out the podium, finishing third and earning $3,716 for her remarkable run.
