Karan Vohra has emerged as the first champion of the DPT May 2024 edition, triumphing over a competitive field of 214 entries. Demonstrating exceptional skill, determination, and resilience, Vohra secured his first DPT trophy and a top prize of INR 6,09,900 after a thrilling heads-up battle against Laksh Pal Singh.

From the start, Vohra, who began the final table with the fourth-largest stack, showcased exceptional gameplay. He steadily built his chip stack and navigated through a field of seasoned players. As the tournament progressed, he outlasted several formidable opponents, including back-to-back eliminations of Devang Yadav and Vatsal Kumar, who finished in fourth and third places respectively. This gave Vohra a massive lead heading into the heads-up battle against Laksh Pal Singh.

Laksh Pal Singh battled back and managed to close the gap a bit, but Vohra did not allow him to gain control. Mystery Bounty Day 2 is set to be an exhilarating conclusion with a champion set to be crowned today. After a fantastic debut yesterday with 214 entries, the field narrowed down to 37 players yesterday, who will continue their quest for the coveted title and top prize today. The action kicks off at 1 PM with 30-minute levels.
