GGPoker’s parent company, NSUS Group Inc. has been very active in growing the brand and acquiring numerous poker brands. Last Year, NSUS Group brought the prestigious World Series of Poker for a whopping $500 million, and now the company has announced a strategic investment in High Stakes Poker Production.
High Stakes Poker Production is the company behind the popular Hustler Casino Live Poker Show. As part of the deal, NSUS–operator of industry-leading brands World Series of Poker and GGPoker–has acquired the equity previously held by former co-owner Nick Vertucci.
Vertucci was removed from the production in October 2024 after multiple women in the poker community came forward with allegations of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior against him.

High Stakes Poker Production is no doubt one of the renowned poker brands, and NSUS investment emphasized its confidence in the poker brand and its commitment to driving growth and innovation in the live-stream poker space. The partnership aims to further enhance the show’s production quality and expand its reach within the poker community.
Despite the strategic investment, the High Stakes Poker Production team will remain the same with Ryan Feldman, being the co-owner, will continue to lead the production and daily operations of Hustler Casino Live. Under his leadership, the show has become synonymous with high-stakes poker and top-tier entertainment. His dedication to innovation, integrity, and world-class production will remain at the core of the show’s ongoing success.
Feldman said, “This partnership with NSUS marks an exciting new chapter for High Stakes Poker Production.” Daniel Negreanu, GGPoker ambassador and seven-time WSOP bracelet winner, also hinted at playing games at Hustler Casino Live after the deal.
The poker legend said, “You rarely see me playing high-stakes poker on streams anymore, but this is going to get me out of retirement and returning to the felt, playing on the most epic cash game stream poker has ever seen. I’m ready to battle!”
