While Smith was the latest WSOP-C ring winner, Emily Terry claimed her largest cash and her first ring a few days back at WSOP-C Thunder Valley. Emily Terry Wins Largest Cash & First Ring at WSOP-C Thunder Valley
A few days back, Emily Terry topped a 167-entry field in Event #14: $400 No-Limit Hold’em – “Thirty” at the World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOP-C) Thunder Valley Casino in California, taking home $13,359 in top prize. The latest win marked her largest WSOP cash and her maiden WSOP ring. Additionally, she also won a seat to the 2025 Tournament of Champions.
Emily Terry’s journey to victory was nothing short of remarkable as she started the final table with one of the shortest stacks holding just 220k in chips, far behind chip leaders Charles Himes (920,000), Mario Lopez (730,000)and Adriano Wise (790,000). However, she played some top-notch poker outlasting everyone on the table. She revered a queen for Broadway to eliminate Charles Himes in third place to enter the heads-up against Adriano Wise with over 2-1 chip lead for Thirty Thirty ring.
After a back-and-forth battle, it was Emily Terry who prevailed to take down the title, with Wise settling for the runner-up prize worth $8,647.
The WSOP-C Thunder Valley Event #14: $400 No-Limit Hold’em – “Thirty” generated $55,110 in prize pool. Top 26 shared the prizepool, with min-cashes starting at $800. Here is a quick look at the final table payouts.

Tracy Smith Wins First Ring In 2025 WSOP-C Tunica Ladies Event
Following Emily Terry’s victory at 2025 WSOP-C Thunder Valley, we saw Tracy Smith conquer the Ladies Event at the 2025 WSOP-C Tunica. She overcame a field of 83 entries to win $5,644 from the total $19,920 prize pool. This was her first WSOP ring, taking her live earnings to $70,348.
The top finishers cashed this signature event of the 2025 WSOP Circuit Series. The final battle for the title took place between Audrey Snipes and Smith, with the latter dominating to win the title for not only the coveted $5,644 top prize but also a beautiful trophy from the Women’s Poker Association (WPA). Snipes took home $3,578 as the runner-up.
