There is no stopping for the Canadian PokerStars ambassador Parker Talbot, as he secured his third WCOOP title in this year’s World Championship Of Online Poker (WCOOP), bringing his total career titles to seven. In addition, poker pro Patrick Leonard claimed his tenth WCOOP title by triumphing in the $1,050 World Championship of Razz. Parker Talbot earlier clinched two WCOOP titles in three days, but then Niklas Astedt scored two WCOOP titles in an hour. Talbot’s first title of 2024 came in the WCOOP $1,050 World Championship of HORSE event, where he topped a field of 88 entries, securing his fifth career WCOOP title and his first in this year’s edition.
His second title came in the WCOOP 32-H: $1,050 NLHE PKO, where he outlasted a field of 441 to claim a top prize of $34,457, including a $38,345 bounty. With his latest victory in WCOOP 61-H: $10,300 8-Game, Talbot now joins the ranks of players with seven WCOOP titles.

The event drew 23 entries (16 unique), building a total prize pool of $250,000, which was paid to the top five finishers. The winner took home a six-figure score. Parker “Tonkaaaa” Talbot entered the final table with a moderate chip stack but eventually took the chip lead.
The final hand of the heads-up came in Razz, where “Tonkaaaa” defeated Germany’s Jens “Fresh_o0_D” Lakemeier who took home $64,832 for his runner-up finish. Parker Talbot claimed first place with prize money of $101,965 and his seventh career WCOOP title.
Talbot didn’t stop there. He then competed in WCOOP 63-H: $5,200 NLH but fell short of securing his fourth title in the current season, finishing as the runner-up and earning $70,616 in winnings.
Patrick Leonard’s Tenth World Championship of Online Poker Title
The $1,050 World Championship of Razz attracted 78 entries, creating a total prize pool of $78,000. The top 11 players shared the prize pool. When the dust settled, Patrick Leonard emerged victorious, claiming his tenth WCOOP title and a top prize of $19,414.
In addition to his tenth WCOOP title, Leonard also won the WSOP Online side event $215 Bounty Hunters Big Game, earning $27,684. The tournament drew an impressive 1,079 entries for a prize pool of $213,426.
