Cherish Andrews has established herself as one of the most consistent and accomplished female poker pros of the last decade. With over $3.4 million in live tournament earnings, three WSOP Circuit rings, and a World Series of Poker bracelet, she’s become a role model for women in the game.

In this Poker Lifestyle profile, we take a closer look at Cherish Andrews’ poker journey, from beginnings to her elite status as a two-time Global Poker Index Female Player of the Year (2022, 2024).

Cherish Andrews Early Life and Introduction to Poker

Hailing from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Cherish Andrews was introduced to poker at the age of 14, learning the ropes from her older brothers. What began as a family pastime quickly turned into a deep passion and a path toward professional poker.

She gained early recognition for her skills and dedication, and in time became one of the most respected names in women’s poker.

Her back-to-back GPI Female POY awards and current 14th-place ranking on the Women’s All-Time Money List underscore her consistency and dominance.

Poker Career: From Early Results to Major Titles

Andrews’ first recorded live tournament cash came in 2008, when she finished 11th in a local event for just $460. By 2011, she was playing major events including the PCA (PokerStars Caribbean Adventure) and WSOP, where she made four cashes, including a deep run in the Main Event.

In 2012, she nearly made history at the WSOP by final-tabling Event #31: $1,500 NLH, ultimately finishing 4th for $210,083, her first six-figure score.

She added a strong WPT performance that year at Borgata, wrapping up a breakout season.

In 2013, she finished 5th in another $1,500 WSOP NLH event, banking $142,346. After some small appearances over the next few years, she made a notable return in 2021, final-tabling both the $1,000 Ladies Championship and the $1,500 Closer, signaling her return to the felt.

The year 2022 proved to be her breakout season. She began the year with a 25th-place finish in the WPT Lucky Hearts Poker Open Main Event for $27,810.

That summer, she made it to the final nine of the $1,000 NLH Ladies Championship at the 53rd WSOP, earning $12,965.

Though a bracelet eluded her during the live WSOP, she claimed her first WSOP bracelet by winning the 2022 WSOP Online $1,000 NLH Championship for $31,986.

Her momentum carried into the 2022 WPT World Championship, where she reached three final tables. She won the $1,100 NLH event for $131,912 and achieved a runner-up finish in the $10,100 NLH High Roller for a massive $259,200.

By the end of the year, she had earned $758,513 and 2,835 GPI Player of the Year points, beating Angela Jordison to secure the 2022 GPI Female Player of the Year title.

Andrews continued her stellar performance in 2023. Her first win came during the Wynn Millions Poker Series, where she claimed victory in a $400 NLH event for $42,230.

In October, she secured her first WSOP Circuit ring by winning the $215 Limit Hold’em Deepstack for $6,061. She wrapped up the year with several notable cashes in the WSOP Online Circuit.

In 2024, she won the $2,200 Wynn Millions 6-Max for $182,927, and followed that up with her second WSOPC ring in an online $1,000 High Roller. She visited EPT Barcelona, cashing three times and taking home over $50,000. Later, she secured a major win at the $1,600 Wynn Fall Classic, good for $119,453.

December saw her add a third WSOPC ring, taking down the $1,100 NLH Ring Event in North Carolina for $108,971.

She closed out the year with multiple strong cashes in the WPT World Championship, including the WPT Prime Championship, ClubWPT $5M Invitational, and various high-stakes NLH events.

These results secured her second GPI Female POY award, beating out Kristen Foxen in dominant fashion.

While 2025 started slow, Andrews rebounded with a statement win at the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown. She captured the $25,500 NLH High Roller for $408,265, the largest score of her career so far.

As of now, she has accumulated over $3.4 million in total tournament earnings across 216 cashes, cementing her place among the elite female players in poker.

Cherish Andrews Net Worth in 2025

As of 2025, Cherish Andrews’ net worth is estimated to be in the six-figure range. Her wealth primarily comes from her successful poker career, which includes over $3.4 million in live tournament earnings.

In addition to her tournament scores, Andrews likely supplements her income through high-stakes cash games and by staking or selling her actions.

Cherish Andrews Personal Life

Cherish Andrews is in a relationship with fellow professional poker player Brock Wilson. The two are widely recognized as a poker power couple, often seen traveling and competing together on the international poker circuit.

One of their most notable shared moments came during the $25,000 High Roller event at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, where Andrews took first place and Wilson finished third — a testament to both their skills and chemistry at the tables.

In a memorable finish to the $25,500 High Roller event at the 2025 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, Cherish Andrews captured the title and $408,265 following a four-way deal that included her partner, Brock Wilson. The couple walked away with a combined total of over $700,000, as Andrews topped a 70-entry field that generated a $1,729,000 prize pool, far exceeding the $1 million guarantee.

The event featured some of the toughest competition on the tour, but Andrews maintained a dominant presence at the final table and entered four-handed play with a commanding chip lead of 135 big blinds. Shortly after the elimination of Kevin Rabichow in fifth place, the remaining four players, Andrews, Frank Brannan, Wilson, and Clemen Deng, agreed to a deal based on chip counts to secure large payouts and jump into the upcoming $5K Deep Stack event before registration closed.

All Four Deal Participants Lock Up Career-Boosting Scores

As the chip leader, Andrews earned the largest share of the prize pool along with the official title and the coveted SHRPO trophy. This marks her first win in a tournament with a buy-in above $2,200 and her second career Seminole trophy, following her 2023 victory in a $1,100 Deep Stack Turbo event. The six-figure payday also pushes her lifetime live earnings to just over $3.3 million, according to The Hendon Mob.

Frank Brannan, second in chips at the time of the deal with 96 big blinds, secured the second-largest payout at $342,935. His deep run and confident play at a stacked final table earned him a career-best score and a place among the top finishers.

Brock Wilson, Andrews’ partner and a consistent high roller presence, brought 77 big blinds into the deal and locked up $313,410 for third. While Andrews took the title, Wilson added another strong result to his resume, contributing to the couple’s shared earnings of over $700K.

Clemen Deng, the shortest stack among the final four with 44 big blinds, negotiated a payout of $248,990, a well-earned result after a strong showing throughout the tournament. Rather than risk sliding in payout tiers, Deng made the practical choice to secure a six-figure payday and move on to the next event with momentum.

The deal came at a critical time, with registration for the $5,000 Deep Stack nearing its close. With all four players holding healthy stacks and major pay jumps at stake, the agreement allowed everyone to lock in prizes while preserving energy for the next challenge.

Final Chip Counts at the Time of the Deal:

  • Cherish Andrews – 2,705,000 (135 BB)
  • Frank Brannan – 1,910,000 (96 BB)
  • Brock Wilson – 1,530,000 (77 BB)
  • Clemen Deng – 885,000 (44 BB)
